Refund Policy

Product sold are not entitle for refund unless it meets the condition as below :

Refund policy is eligible only for regular priced items.

Our policy lasts 7 days. We can’t offer any refund or exchange if 7 days have gone by since your purchase.

Purchase receipt is strictly required on refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in the same condition (inclusive of the packing material)  that you received it, otherwise you are not eligible for a return.

For any return request that fall under these categories will not be considered

Color of product may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 10% of color variation in real product as compared to actual product.

There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given
Wrong or accidentally order will not be entertained. Customers is responsible to check their order summary before proceeding to make payment.

Refund Process
Every of the return will be inspected. You will be receiving a notify email that your item is well receive. A next email will be sent to update the status of your refund/exchange either approval or rejection. 

Refund process will take up to one week, and refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

The total of refund will be minus the shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds 

Please check your account after 3 days after refund has been made.

Exchanges 

Please take note that exchange shipping costs are fully bear by customers. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Only damaged or defective items are eligible for an exchange.

IF YOU RECEIVE SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT ORDERED BY YOU, PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY! AND SEND BACK THE WRONG ITEM TO US. ONCE WE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WE WILL RESEND THE CORRECT ITEM TO YOU.  ALL DELIVERY FEES WILL BE PAID BY OUR COMPANY.
